Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
As we prepare for a new year of ministry at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, we are grateful for each of you and for the time, gifts, and dedication you faithfully give to serve God and His people. Every ministry plays an important part in the life and mission of our church.
As we prayerfully look ahead to the coming year, we are beginning our 2027 church budget planning process. We ask each ministry to prayerfully consider its needs, activities, and plans for the upcoming year and complete a Ministry Budget Request Form.
Budget Request Forms have been placed in your ministry mailbox.
Important Budget Reminders:
Every ministry must complete and submit a Budget Request Form, even if your ministry has not submitted one in previous years.
Completed forms are due no later than Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
Please submit all completed forms to Dr. Janice J. Alexander, Finance Chairperson.
Funds must be included in the approved church budget before any purchases are made or funds are disbursed. Please be sure to include all anticipated expenses and ministry needs when completing your request.
Your thoughtful and timely submission will help us plan wisely, steward God’s resources faithfully, and provide the support needed for our ministries to carry out their work effectively.
